The mission of ARF is to help provide needed food and/or supplies to bona fide animal rescue organizations in the effort of ensuring that no animal in an animal rescue goes hungry. As such, we take great pride in validating rescue organizations and ensuring that food and supplies are only provided to verifiable rescues.

We are very grateful for the thousands of individuals and families who rescue animals and bring them into their homes. However, ARF does not provide free food or supplies to individuals or families who adopt animals, nor do we provide free animal food or supplies to low-income or financially needy individuals or families. If you or someone you know is in need of food for an adopted animal, please contact your local SPCA for assistance. In the event you or a loved one is unable to care for an animal in your home, the SPCA or a bona fide local animal rescue can help find the animal another loving home.

No animal should suffer and go hungry or without proper medical care. Please spay and neuter all pets to aid in controlling stray populations.
